Meet Daniel Krakue
I am Daniel Krakue, a lawyer at Sterling Legal who is committed to helping clients through complex and often emotional legal matters with empathy, diligence, and efficiency. I understand that behind every matter is a person or family seeking direction and stability, and I take pride in providing calm and strategic advice that helps clients feel supported and confident.
Professional Journey
My professional journey began with a passion for families, justice and helping people.
In 2023, I completed my Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Social Science with Distinction at Western Sydney University, followed by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. I was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in the same year.
My combined studies in law and social science allow me to approach matters holistically, with a deeper understanding of people, relationships, and the broader context of each case.
Practice at Sterling Legal
My practice at Sterling Legal is predominantly in family law, including complex parenting matters, property settlements, binding financial agreements and child support departures.
I believe effective advocacy is simple: resolve matters efficiently where possible, and litigate strategically where necessary. Knowing when to do each is at the core of my practice.
Approach and Values
I value clear, timely communication to ensure clients are always informed, confident, and secure in their legal position. My approach to my practice combines understanding and care with calm, strategic thinking.
Life Outside of Law
Outside of law, I enjoy watching and playing soccer, and am a big Chelsea FC supporter. I play several band instruments and I enjoy giving back to my community by volunteering at my local church as a Music Director. I also hold a Certificate III in Individual Support and am passionate about the disability sector.
