Meet Ehab Elbaz
I am Ehab Elbaz, an Associate Lawyer at Sterling Legal specialising in family law. I take pride in guiding clients through some of the most challenging and emotional periods in their lives, offering both clear legal direction and genuine support. My approach is calm, considered, and focused on achieving practical, fair outcomes that allow clients to move forward with confidence and stability.
Professional Journey
My path to the law was driven by a strong desire to help families find balance, closure, and a sense of justice. From early in my studies, I was drawn to how the law could be used not only to resolve conflict but to restore dignity and fairness in people’s lives.
While completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) at Macquarie University, I developed an analytical foundation that complements my work in family law, allowing me to approach matters with both legal precision and financial insight.
I am admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. These admissions allow me to represent and advocate for clients at both state and federal levels, ensuring continuity and strength throughout their legal journey.
Practice at Sterling Legal
Since joining Sterling Legal in 2024, I have worked across a wide spectrum of complex family law matters, including parenting disputes, property settlements, cases involving family violence, and international relocation issues.
My work combines detailed preparation with a solutions-focused mindset aimed at early resolution. Wherever possible, I strive to achieve outcomes through negotiation, conciliation, or mediation, avoiding unnecessary conflict while preserving clients’ financial and emotional wellbeing.

I am currently completing a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) to deepen my expertise and remain at the forefront of legislative and procedural developments.
