Meet Fatima Farhat
I am Fatima Farhat, a paralegal with hopes to make a lasting impact in the legal industry. My work is more than just administrative – it is supporting the lawyers here at Sterling Legal assisting them with trial preparation, drafting legal documents and ensuring their matters are moving along smoothly.
How you became a lawyer
My journey into the legal field began with a strong interest in justice and advocacy. While I am not a lawyer, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Laws and gaining hands-on experience working alongside experienced lawyers, learning how vital behind the scene work is to every matter’s success.
Why are you passionate about the industry
I’ve always believed in the power of law to create fairness and accountability. Working as a paralegal allows me to play a meaningful role in that process. I enjoy the structure, the problem solving, and most of all, the human impact of what we do.

Trust is the centre of all legal work. Clients can trust that at Sterling, we are meticulous, reliable, and genuinely invested in their matters. I understand that legal issues can be overwhelming, and I do everything I can to assist lawyers make the process clearer and smoother for each client we serve.
Personal motivations or early influences
Knowing that I’m part of a team that helps people navigate some of the most important challenges of their lives keeps me motivated when difficulties arise. Even though I’m not the one arguing in the court room, I know that the work I do directly contributes to achieving justice and resolution.
